family

of

the

fourth

generation

who

lived

at

Mont

De

Lancey

in

the

Dandenong

Ranges.

Sailing

from

Guernsey

to

the

Aussie

bush

in

1867,

the

Sebires

farmed

this

land,

growing

fruit,

dairying

and

running

a

nursery

at

Wandin

for

almost

130

years.

Theirs

is a story of resourcefulness, adapting to unfamiliar conditions and plain hard work.
